Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice: No cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours: 100% lesson fee charged

Lesson Rules and Regulations

1. All lessons must be paid in full prior to the start of your lesson/rental/camp/clinic


2. All cancellations require a 24 hour notice, or you will be charged for that session

3. All athletes must check in at the front desk.

4. All customers must sign a copy of the Rules, Waiver and Regulations accompanied with their official lesson schedule or rental agreement

5. Athletes and teams must be present 15 minutes prior to the start of the lesson to check-in at the Front Counter.

Rentals

1. All rental customers must sign a copy of the Rules, Waiver and Regulations accompanied with their official rental agreement.

2. Space rentals are subject to availability.

3. All Space rentals must be pre-paid at time of reservation or use.

4. Teams are to provide their own training supplies. (Tees, Balls, Bats)

5. L-Screens and other screens are not to be moved out of the hitting cages in which they are located.

6. Softball Room Rentals are permitted use of ONE pitching machine.

7. No machines permitted outside the tunnels in the softball room. (Not in the fielding area)

8. Hitting must be done on mats in tunnels.
